Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of original purchase. Authorized service centers will repair or replace any defective parts found to be in materials and/or workmanship and not in conformity with the product's specifications. However, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation by the customer or connection to equipment not approved by the manufacturer or incompatible with the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover defects caused by rough handling, misuse, or non-specified accessories, or if the product has been opened, repaired, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center. Also, the warranty does not cover water, thermal, power, transport and/or physical damage, and accessories external to the system such as phone adapters.
